In this quaint cottage in an older San Jose neighborhood, my client’s galley kitchen remained unchanged since the 1950′s and needed a complete remodel. After gutting the kitchen we built from the ground up adding new electrical, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, sink with fixtures, recessed lighting, lighting fixtures, countertops, tile backsplash and appliances. What was a blank wall is now a focal point with built-in wine cabinet, china hutch and two cleverly disguised pantries. The client gained much needed storage and the kitchen gained STYLE! Lois designed the kitchen, selected the general contractor, cabinet maker and other subs to bring the job to fruition and the client couldn’t be happier!
