| Prior to painting, the living room mantle and hearth were a stark white and the walls a chalky beige. Taking a cue from the fireplace architecture, we decided on warm brown tones for the room with an extra punch of color for the fireplace. Next, shopping – and lots of it as the client needed furniture pieces for the living room and foyer as well as lighting, artwork and accessories. The result?
